Yoga for mind, body and spirit

Yoga is an ancient practice rooted in the understanding that the mind, body and spirit are inherently interconnected and that the practice of yoga can lead to harmony and balance in life.

The physical postures, or asanas, build strength, mobility and flexibility and through this mindful movement, we can reach mental clarity, focus and health.

Yoga is a personal journey; everyone’s path looks different and no matter your beliefs, abilities or goals, I believe that yoga can benefit you too.

I teach Vinyasa yoga which comes from the sanskrit to place with special effort. It is a dynamic form of yoga in which we move in a flow, matching movement with breath.

My classes are open to anyone who needs or wants to practice with me and I will aim to offer modifications, however, you may want to attend a beginner’s course if you haven’t practised any yoga before. Please reach out and ask me any questions if you’re unsure of anything.

I trained in Hatha-Vinyasa at Triyoga Camden and teach both group classes and private sessions — by application.
